Lifeline is a state program that provides mobile services to eligible households. Every year, you must renew
your eligibility so that you can continue receiving your benefits.
You will be contacted by California
Lifeline and may be required to provide a proof of eligibility and to complete the Renewal Form to continue
receiving your benefits.
You will need your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to complete the
renewal process. If you misplaced your PIN and need to obtain it, you can text∆ the keyword
PIN to 345345 from your SafeLink phone.
