Dear SafeLink Customer,

The FCC’s Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) informs us that you requested to transfer your Lifeline benefits to another provider.

As a result, you will be de-enrolled from SafeLink’s Lifeline Program by December 1, 2022. This means that you will lose your free benefits.

You are invited to reapply and continue to be a SafeLink customer. If you believe that anyone in your household is eligible, please visit the SafeLink website to reapply.

You can also keep your phone number active by purchasing one of the SafeLink paid plans.

Thank you for being a valued SafeLink Customer.
